Registration and costs

This is a first come first serve course with a maximum of 20 participants.

Registration needs to be done through on-line registration form. After registration a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the applicants with an invoice and payment details.

A limited number of grants, covering the registration fee, are available to a selected number of nationals of ICGEB Member States. The available grants will be allocated according to the ranking achieved in the selection process. These grants are sponsored by ICGEB.

Exceptionally, individual requests to cover travel costs by the organizers may be considered on an individual basis, limited to the financial resources available to this purpose.

Costs

Registration fee is includes:

• Participation on lectures and laboratory hands-on training
• Course materials (electronic and paper handouts, protocols, personal protective equipment)
• Meals (lunch, refreshment breaks)

Full package includes registration fee and accomodation with breakfast and dinner. Accommodation for 5 nights (check in Sunday, April 14th, check out Friday, April 19th) in two-bed rooms will be organized at Marine Biology Station, Piran.

NOTE: All participants will need to arrange their own travel to and from the course. The participants are also requested to provide an appropriate insurance.

NOTE: Additional nights accommodation can be arranged on request for extra charge.
